香蒜牛油

材料:
1 块牛油/奶油 - 250g
5~6瓣蒜头 - 磨成蒜泥
细盐 - 1 ~2茶匙(依个人口味)
混合香料/Italian Mixed Herbs 或 干西芹/Dried Parsley - 1 ~ 2茶匙

做法:把牛油/奶油放在室温内软化, 然后把所有材料混合, 搅拌均匀后冷藏即可。
