改良版的低脂威化饼

烤好的饼,中间的比较完整,两边的因为粉浆比较少, 所以有洞洞

威化饼也是能低脂简单做到哦!乘热吃也是一样香香脆脆的, 配低糖果酱或是自制的草莓酱也是一样这么美味。。。。。

Craving for a crispy and tasty home made waffle? Try this Easy-Make-Waffle recipe out.  But doubt this will jeopardise your weight maintenance program?? Worry not, here are we to share a low fat waffle recipe. 

8片四方片的材料:                 Ingredient for 8 square pieces:
普通面粉+少许全麦面粉-共280g(2杯)  All-purpose + some wholemeal flour total 280g(2 cups)
细砂糖 - 2 ~ 4 汤匙(或用代糖     )          2~4 tbsp sugar(or artificial sweetener)
发粉/泡打粉- 2茶匙                                   2 tsp baking powder
盐 - 1/2茶匙                                                1/2 tsp salt

牛奶粉/或低脂奶粉 - 3 汤匙                     3 tbsp milk powder/or skim milk
水 - 440g(2杯)                                           440g water (2 cup)
蛋 - 2颗                                                      2 large eggs
凡尼拉香精 - 1/2茶匙(随意)        1/2 tsp vanilla extract(Optional)


做法:

先在一个大碗内混合面粉及全麦面粉,发粉,奶粉及盐。  
In a large bowl whisk together the flour, milk powder,baking powder, salt and sugar.  




 
2. (A)方法: 在另一个容器内搅打蛋,糖及蜜糖(没放蜜糖也没关系, 放了成品的色泽会比较漂亮),用搅拌器打5分钟至蛋液变白。 In a separate container beat together the egg and sugar for 5 minutes until fluffy

打发变白的蛋液,再加入2杯水打

 3.  蛋液打发变白后,慢慢加入2杯水拌打均匀。 
Add in 2 cups of water and blend until combine

4.  把搅拌均匀的蛋液倒入面粉内,拌至完全融合.
Later add the egg mixture to the flour mixture, all at once, and stir just until combined. 

除了用手提搅拌器以外,下图是简单的用搅拌机当好帮手来搅拌蛋液
You can also use a blender to blend at high speed eggs, sugar, honey and water for 2~3 minutes instead of using mixer.
(B)方法:如果没有Mixer, 可以用Blender打蛋: 
1.  先把蛋, 糖及蜜糖(没有蜜糖可以不用)放入搅拌机内用高速打2~3分钟.
2.  再加入2杯水继续打多1分钟.
3.  然后冲入拌均的干粉内搅拌均匀
You can always use blender instead of mixer.
1.   Just blend the eggs, sugar and honey( honey is optional) for 2~3 minutes . 
2.  adding in 2 cups of water to blend for additional 1 minute. 
3.  Pour the fluffy blended egg mixture into the flour.


然后跟随您的威化制作机的指示操作, 先预热威化机5分钟(也许需要先在烤盘上搽油)。
Depending on your machine's instructions, preheat your machine for 5 minutes first, you may need to lightly grease the grids.
倒入1大勺的粉浆
大慨约8分满的粉浆就行了, 盖起烤5~7分钟即可。

先用搅拌机打蛋液做出来的威化饼会比较松化, 比较好吃。但是如果您觉得要搬机器出来用很麻烦,可以参考这最简单的做法:威化饼简单做
You can choose another easy method to make the waffle if you feel using the mixer or blender is troublesome.

低脂威化饼虽然不比普通的威化饼好吃, 但是乘热吃还是一样香香脆脆的, 如果放冷了就会变软。 不过可以用烤面包机翻热, 一样美味。 吃不完的饼可以冷冻起来, 要吃时先解冻后再用烘面包机烘热即可。

It is best to serve the waffles immediately along with butter and Home made Strawberry Jam. These are also wonderful when served with Ice-cream as a dessert.
Waffles freeze well too. You can make extra pieces of them. Freeze them on a cookie sheet single layered. Once frozen,keep them in a zip lock bag. They are ready to go in the morning. Get them thawed and reheat them in your toaster







提示:
1.  如果你不想用凡尼拉香精,可以加一大匙的蛋黄粉/卡士达(custard powder), 利用蛋黄粉的香气, 其实放不放香精或蛋黄粉都无所谓的, 烤出来的饼有鸡蛋香。
If  you don't have essence of vanilla, substitute the vanilla with a tablespoon of custard powder for the flavor, or just go without any of these, you still will have your delicious snack.

2.  想当早餐, 又怕时间干不及, 可以前一晚先把干材料准备好, 第二天一早只需用搅拌杯打蛋液,把干粉材料加入搅拌均匀即可。
 Prefer fresh crispy waffle? Try not to rush in the morning, prepare the dry ingredients the night before, use the blender to blend the egg mixture and pour into the dry ingredients next morning, everything is ready in just minutes for breakfast.

3.   要更香脆的口感, 可以用20g的玉米粉+10g的粘米粉取代30g的面粉。
 Wish to have more crisp, substitute 30g of flour with 20g of corn starch and 10g of rice flour.

4.如您成长中的孩子需要更多的热量,可以拌34汤匙的粟米油或融化牛油进入粉浆内。 If your growing kids need more calories for activities, add 3~4 tablespoon of corn oil or melted butter into the batter and stir well.

与威化饼成绝配的自制草莓酱

想做巧克力口味的, 先在面粉内加入1大匙的可可粉混合均匀后, 才加入蛋液(多加1大匙水)For Chocolate Flavor, add in 1 tbsp cocoa powder in the dry ingredients and mixed well before adding the egg mixture (add in extra 1 tbsp water).
