低脂鸡蛋三文治/Low Fat Egg Sandwich
材料:
全麦面包-2片
水煮蛋 - 1颗
黄瓜/番茄/生菜 - 随意
盐,胡椒粉, 黄芥末-少许(随意)。
做法:
1. 把水煮蛋在碗内搅碎, 加入盐和胡椒粉调味。
2. 把调了味蛋碎夹在铺了蔬菜的面包内, 就是一个低脂,营养好又耐飽的一餐。可当早, 午或晚餐。
